I use design thinking to help people reinvent themselves or really innovate on themselves so that they can be the best possible leader for their organization or even the world.

Designing for customer centricity helps to get answers from the customers and not through our preconceived ideas and notions. It also builds up ability to interact and go wide to discover the core problem by applying technology as a solution.

 

Designing for complex systems is the material science for a fourth order designer. The complexities can be simplified through having voice of experience, voice of intent, voice of design and voice of expertise. System thinking is a hard nutshell to crack and that is why the voices included above are needed to get to through the solution smoothly.

 

Understanding customer is a challenge. The blended research technique is an engagement of multiple methodologies, to get the desired results. These aspects include qualitative and quantitative experimentation attached with raw motives being captured through observation, listening and analyzing human behavior.

 

Brands visual language is the depiction of their personality which they live and breathe. Visual language is a very intricate aspect of emotional play where we carve ourselves as brands different from others. Visual language is like to have our own niche.
