At Pensaar Design we believe that Customer Centricity is integral to Business Growth and we have found this to consistently be the case over the course of our work.
Whether it’s been a company going through a cultural transformation, or another looking to uncover new opportunities or avenues for growth, a deep customer focus has ultimately driven business growth as well.
One example is the case of a global consumer focused company that sought to build a pipeline to ensure long term business growth. And this meant that they needed an organisation that was focused on the customer. We worked with them to build a culture of customer centricity across the length and breadth of the organisation. Slowly but steadily this orientation towards customer needs meant that the entire org was solving for customer needs and requirements, leading to increased offtake & loyalty.
Another example is a global technology company that was looking at how to expand their portfolio of offerings within the Indian market. Pensaar Design worked with them to identify unmet customer needs and opportunity areas for them to diversify into. Building off of customer needs has helped them chart out their growth plans and create an innovation pipeline.
