In addition to the content, we also created a customised and curated toolkit for every participant. The toolkit has all the tools that will be taught during the program along with tips on how to use them effectively to achieve different outcomes when building empathy with customers.

A few tools in the toolkit are - Interview tips like asking open-ended questions, observation & listening skills; Problem Reframing, Ecosystem Mapping, and Journey Line.
