CONTEXT

Our client was looking to change the current software product used by their global environment health and safety team as it was inefficient and not user friendly. They were looking for a methodical approach on how to determine the right software for the team.

PROCESS

Pensaar Design did qualitative research to understand the EHS teams pain points and expectations, a detailed heuristic analysis and evaluation was then carried out for each of the contending software platforms basis which we provided recommendations.
