CONTEXT

Our objective was to understand the SMB ecosystem’s hosting requirements, and determine why there was a plateau in growth of the hosting business, while the domain business continued to grow at full steam.

PROCESS

Pensaar Design carried out qualitative research across the SMB ecosystem - SMB owners & web developers, to understand the dynamics of their universe. We also conducted a detailed heuristics analysis of the brand offerings as well as various competitive players, to identify opportunities for growth.
