CONTEXT
Soft skill training is best done in-person. Our client, a highly sought-after Boutique training firm was interested to exploring the use of technology to help scale their training to a larger number of clients by being better or at par with their high quality of learning.
Our Process
Pensaar Design carried out an in-depth qualitative research with individuals across learning proficiency levels and age groups. We co-created with our clients and their customers. This combined group identified the key problem to solve, the best solution approach and ran behavioural based experiments to decide the MVP and way forward.

We explored solutions that helped our client keep their high level of in-person quality using technology in innovative ways to allow for a safe space to learn, get multiple perspectives and apply their learning thereby, making healthy progress on their learning goals.
