Our clients came to us to help further anchor customer centricity within their organisation. To use design thinking to help them better understand their customers and solve critical customer problems.
OUR PROCESS
Pensaar Design coached a group of marketing and technical team leaders to be more customer focused in their approach to solving problems. We took them through a bootcamp to understand design thinking and apply it in their context of the Auto after care market.

Teams in the organisation have incorporated a customer first approach to work.
