The Context
JustBe, still in its infancy was looking for a partner that could help them execute their vision of a wellness space that would promote psychological wellbeing. They were looking to understand their customer segment and position themselves in the right way by building the right E2E experiences.
Our process
Pensaar Design conducted research to understand the customer segment to build key personas before co-creating with JustBe to explore new ideas that would translate to awesome customer experiences.
Tools we used in this project: Outside- in -perspective, Open -ended questions, Listening skills, Observation skills, Affinity mapping, Problem statement, Journey line, Empathy map and Osborn's checklist.
